1. Publication Ethics for Authors
The manuscript should not be submitted to more than one journal for simultaneous consideration; publications are not allowed to be published repeatedly.

The content of the manuscript is scientific, accurate and concise.
All named authors meet the journal’s requirements for authorship; do not add or remove authors at will.

Include fund information relevant to the study; do not include any fund information irrelevant to the study.
Respect the advices of the reviewers; in case of any objection, appeal to the editorial office.
2. Publication Ethics for Reviewers
Reviewers must be familiar with the research frontiers and development trends of their discipline, have high theoretical and academic level, and have made outstanding research achievements in relevant fields
Review the manuscript within time limit and give specific comments; in case of failure to finish review on time for some reason, timely inform the editorial office.
Make a fair, honest, and unbiased assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the manuscript, and refrain from making unfair negative, demeaning or offensive comments or including unjustified criticisms.
